75 minute lyengar- based hatha Yoga consisting of, beginning meditation and deep breathing, seated postures to gently lengthen and soften muscles, joints and hips; sun salutations to warmup the whole body; standing postures to build strength, balance and free up lines of energy within the body; restorative postures designed to cool down and relax the body and mind; closing meditation and stillness practice.

Sylvia Gotzeler ,Originally from Toronto, Ontario.Canada. She received her Teacher Training through Frameworks Yoga Teacher included precise physical alignment in poses, proper use of breath, adaptation of poses, prevention of injuries, sequencing, class leadership and meditation techniques. Sylvia hs been teaching Yoga full-time in Zihuatanejo, Mexico since july 2003.
